Massage is one of the oldest ways how people heal each other.
Massage have so much benefits that we would very long time to desribe them. But we should mention some of them just briefly...

Relaxation
Relaxing is one of the best benefites of massages, because in that moment is a lot of things happening in body and it can effect our feeling for very long time.
For that reason I would recommend shiatsu massage for nice, deep pressure, ayurvedic for gentle movements and hot stone for very pleasant healing warm touch.

Healing
Every massage has already healing benefit, but some are most suitable for that.
For me it is definitely shiatsu, mainly shiatsu therapy, which can deal with large amount of troubles we can have.

Detoxing
If we want to increase or speed up the detoxing process that is very good to use honey massage, which can help to release a lot of toxins throught the skin.
